Terms and Conditions
Corehaven DE4 Last updated: 8 October 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of corehvn.com (the "Website") and your purchase of digital products from Corehaven DE4 ("we", "us", "our"), a business registered in the Republic of Ghana operating in web development services. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. About our products
We sell digital products: website templates, WordPress/Elementor kits, Figma UI kits, code snippets and developer resources. Products are delivered electronically in formats such as ZIP archives containing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, configuration files, images and documentation; Figma file links; Elementor kit files; PDF and Google Sheets. No physical goods are shipped. Each product page describes what is included, the formats provided and any software requirements.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, to purchase from the Website. You agree to provide accurate information when ordering. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
3. Prices and currency
- All prices are set and charged in Ghana cedis (GHS) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- The Website offers an optional display of approximate prices in US dollars (USD). These USD figures are estimates based on a regularly updated exchange rate, are provided for convenience only, and do not form part of the price. You will always be charged the GHS amount shown at checkout.
- If you pay with a card or account in another currency, your bank or provider may apply its own exchange rate and fees.
- We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
- Some products are offered with optional licence upgrades selectable at checkout. The licence you purchase is shown on your receipt.
4. Ordering and payment
When you place an order, we confirm receipt and send you instructions to complete payment using the methods we accept (such as mobile money or bank transfer, or a secure online payment provider where available). A contract between you and us is formed when your payment is confirmed and we send your download links. We do not store your full card or mobile money details. Unpaid orders may be cancelled after 7 days.
5. Delivery
After payment is confirmed, download links are shown on your order page and sent to the email address you provided. Download links are personal to you, may be time-limited, and may be limited to a reasonable number of downloads; you can request fresh links by contacting us. You are responsible for downloading and backing up your files. Template links (such as Canva, Google or Notion copy links) give you your own copy to edit.
6. Licence to use our products
All products are licensed, not sold. On full payment we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the product in accordance with these Terms and the licence type you purchased.
Single-Project Licence: one end product (one website or application for one entity), for yourself or one client. Multi-Project Licence: unlimited end products. You may sell end products you build, but you may not resell, sublicense, redistribute or share the template, kit or source files themselves, modified or unmodified, or offer them on any template marketplace. Third-party fonts, icons, libraries and images included are subject to their own licences, listed in each product's documentation.
Unless your licence expressly permits otherwise, you may not:
- resell, sublicense, share, distribute, upload or give away the files or template links, in original or modified form;
- claim our products or designs as your own work, or remove copyright notices;
- use our products in any unlawful, misleading or harmful way.
We may revoke your licence and disable access if you breach these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Website and in our products, including text, designs, graphics, illustrations, code, templates and logos, is owned by or licensed to Corehaven DE4 and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws of Ghana and international treaties. Except for the licence granted in section 6, no rights are transferred to you.
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
TECHNICAL DISCLAIMER: Products are provided 'as is'. You are responsible for testing, securing, hosting and maintaining sites you build, and for any backend, payment or data-processing integrations. Payment UI snippets are front-end components only and do not process payments; integrate them using your payment provider's official documentation. Our products and the Website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the products will meet your specific requirements or that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Ghana, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profits, data, business or opportunity, arising from your use of the Website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Acceptable use of the Website
You agree not to interfere with the Website's security or operation, attempt to access download files without paying, use automated tools to scrape the Website, or submit unlawful or abusive content through our forms.
12. Third-party services
The Website relies on third-party services such as payment processors, email providers and design platforms. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
13. Electronic communications
By ordering, you agree to receive transactional communications (confirmations, receipts, download links and product updates) by email. Electronic records and communications satisfy any legal requirement for writing, in accordance with the Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 (Act 772).
14. Privacy

15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
