Troubleshooting

Common set-up problems and how to report a bug.

npm install fails

  • Check your Node.js version: node -v. Use Node 20 or later.
  • Delete node_modules and package-lock.json, then run npm install again.

Styles are missing after a change

  • In watch mode, make sure npm run dev is still running.
  • Check that the file you edited is inside the paths Tailwind scans (see the configuration in src/).
  • Rebuild with npm run build before deploying.

Images or fonts do not load after deploying

Paths are relative to the site root. Upload the whole dist/ folder with its structure intact, and check the file names' capitalisation: many hosts are case-sensitive.

The download link has expired

Download links last 30 days and up to 10 downloads. Email us with your order number and we will send fresh links.

Reporting a bug

Email us with your order number, the product and version, what you expected and what happened, plus a screenshot or the browser console error if you have one. We aim to reply within two working days, and fixes are released as free updates.
